В связи с этим срок окончания подачи тезисов на конференцию продлен до 1 марта 2014 года. Приглашаем участников!
In 2014, the third annual ACS Nano Lectureship Awards will honor the contributions of three individuals who have made major impacts on the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology from around the world. In order to celebrate the global reach of ACS Nano, these awards will honor scientists from across the globe with one recipient each from: The Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia/Pacific.
The 2014 ACS Nano Lectureships will be presented at the NANO 2014 conference in Moscow. Each of the Lectureship award winners will receive $2000, plus travel and lodging costs.
ACS Nano Lectureship Selection Committee:
- Paul S. Weiss (UCLA, USA)
- Yury Gogotsi (Drexel University, USA)
- Alexei R. Khokhlov (Moscow State University, Russia)
- Molly M. Stevens (Imperial College, UK)
- Andrew T. S. Wee (National University of Singapore)
Nominators should include:
- Name and affiliation of nominee
- Name and affiliation of nominator
- Brief statement describing the nominee's accomplishments
- List of top publications relevant to the award

NANO 2014 will host the lectures in the Lomonosov Building of Moscow University.
The estimated number of attendees would be 200 - 300 including NANO 2014 participants, Moscow students and representatives of scientific organizations of the Moscow region.
This important event gives all of us a chance to attract new outstanding participants and thus the Organizing Committee extends the abstract submission deadline till March 1, 2014. Also, acceptance notification and early fee payment will be shifted for one month, till April 1 and May 1, respectively:
- a new abstract submission deadline - March 1, 2014
- abstract acceptance notification - April 1, 2014
- early payment of NANO 2014 conference fee - May 1, 2014
