Международная конференция "Оксидные материалы для электроники" (ОМЕЕ-2012) состоится 3-7 сентября 2012 г. во Львове, Украина.
The ОМЕЕ-2012 Conference is devoted to actual problems of modern science and technologies in the field of oxide and related materials and application them in new energy sources, electronic engineering and information technologies, quantum and optoelectronics, sensors, transducers, nanotechnologies, etc. Interdisciplinary character of the Conference will gather in Lviv physicists, chemists, crystallographers, material scientists, engineers and technologists for discussion on new achievements and perspectives in the field of modern information and energy transformation technologies
Scientific topics of the Conference cover basic and applied problems in the area of oxide and related materials including fabrication technology, investigation of their structural, optical, magnetic and electro physical properties, as well as possibilities of their practical application.
The following scientific topics are planed at the Conference:
- Technology of the active media of electronic engineering;
- Nanoparticles, nano-ceramics and nano-composites;
- Active media fundamentals: crystal structure, defects, micro- and nanostructure;
